Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees vary based on the order amount and shipping method. Here’s our fee structure:
Orders under $40: Shipping fee of $8.

We offer free shipping on orders over $40 within the continental U.S.

 
When will my order ship?

We are currently in the presale phase, please check our presale policy above. Orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note that we do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible, but during busy sale periods, high order volume may slow us down. During these periods, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated delivery dates seen in checkout.

 
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. We want to get people out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, so we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the system. This policy applies to all orders placed on hextak.com. Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States. If you are interested in purchasing products outside of the U.S., please visit one of our following online stores or visit your local dealer. We cannot ship orders to a freight forwarding company.
 
Accepted Forms of Payment

We currently accept PayPal.

 
Timing of Billing

PayPal orders will be charged at the time of order placement. If an item or order is cancelled, your PayPal account will be refunded automatically.

 
Out of Stock Items

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.

 
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 
Exchanges

We recommend you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
